Kloudy.bd is committed to providing transparent and reliable services to our clients. Below is our refund and cancellation policy in detail.


1 Introduction

Kloudy.bd is committed to providing transparent and reliable services to all clients. This refund and cancellation policy is presented clearly so you know exactly when a refund is applicable and when it is not.

2 Refund Eligibility

  • If Kloudy.bd fails to provide support or resolve a technical issue on our end, the client is eligible for a refund. However, refund requests must be made within 7 days of service activation.
  • Shared / Turbo Hosting (Yearly Plan): Eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • SMTP Hosting: Eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

3 Non-Refundable Services

  • Domain Registration: Once a domain is registered or the transfer process has started, it is non-refundable.
  • Digital Licenses: Fees for cPanel, LiteSpeed, WHMCS, or any other third-party licenses are strictly non-refundable.
  • VPS & Dedicated Servers: Once purchased and deployed, these services are completely non-refundable.
  • Policy Violations: No refunds will be issued if your service is Canceled, Suspended, or Terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Credit Balance: Funds deposited into your Kloudy.bd account credit balance are non-refundable but can be used for future service purchases.

4 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the Client Area. Requests made via any other medium will not be accepted. Once a cancellation is processed, the service/account cannot be reactivated; a new package must be purchased.

5 Cancellation Types

  • Immediate Cancellation: The package will be removed from our system within 1–24 hours.
  • End of Billing Period: The service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle and then cancels automatically. (Note: Refunds are not applicable if this option is selected.)

6 Service Charges & Fees

For any approved refund, applicable Gateway Charges, Sending Charges, or Cashout Charges will be deducted from the total amount. As stated, Credit Balances will not be refunded under any circumstances.

How to Cancel: To cancel a service, log in to your Client Area → Click the icon next to your package → Press "Request Cancellation" → Fill out and submit the form correctly.
