1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or purchasing any service from Kloudy.bd you acknowledge that you have read understood and agreed to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2 Account Responsibility

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• Any unauthorized activity under your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

3 Acceptable Use Policy

• Prohibited Content: Hosting or transmitting hosting malicious software phishing pages adult content copyright infringement materials or illegal files is strictly forbidden.
• Resource Usage: Users on shared servers must not overuse CPU RAM or bandwidth in a way that disrupts other clients.
• Spam Activities: Sending unsolicited mass emails or spamming through our web servers is strictly prohibited and will lead to account termination.

4 Payments and Billing

All services must be paid for in advance. Failure to pay renewal invoices before the due date may result in automatic suspension and eventual permanent removal of your data from our systems.

5 Service Limitations and Backups

• While we perform routine backups for shared hosting plans users are strongly advised to keep their own independent backups.
• Kloudy.bd is not responsible for data loss resulting from user negligence or hardware failures.
• VPS and dedicated server management including data backups is entirely the responsibility of the client unless a managed service is purchased.

6 Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if you violate any of our rules. No refunds will be provided for accounts closed due to policy violations as specified in our Refund Policy.
